In for a drink they have a promotion on at the moment tried the Alton Pride but didn't taste it's best finished my pint and left, might be a while before i go back in here again not impressed.

The Crown Hotel, Alton

Popped in for a quick visit, still like this pub always have done ever since dominic was in charge of the bar. Found out Pete had left the kitchen but still a pleasant pub for a drink.

The Railway Hotel, Alton

Popped in The Railway Hotel again hadn't been in Alton for a while, well they certainly have made some changes the interior has been given a lick of paint (still a few bits to finish as i was informed) but what a difference a cleaner crisp decor. The front looks good with a benched out area. Also told that the landlord and Landlady are getting the kitchen ready soon for a food option. Look forward to my next visit starting to like this pub again.

Went into The Railway Hotel, finally a landlord and landlady very freindly young family i do hope they are here to stay.
