Place showed promise when some lady looking like cruella devill took over now some short dark haired bloke abit like manuel from faulty towers he seems to work like him as well.

Thursday are dead waste of time
Fridays seem to work downstairs but then you see manuel walking round trying to get people to the shoebox upstairs
Saturdays the bands are very hit and miss

Happy Hour is the wrong times

Is a good place to watch the football nothing like the old oneills though no snacks at half time

Have to agree with everything

Food is poor
Toilets Disgusting
Over Price �3.40 a pint 50p more than other pubs in town
Fights all the time with door staff just watching the action
place stinks of sick

Personally i think it should be closed and reopened as a weatherpoons or hungry horse

The Beehive, Welwyn Garden City

I and girlfriend visited this pub after reading the advertisement in the local newspaper.

� our customers can expect a warm welcome, great hospitality and delicious food whenever they visit the beehive.
� our focus is on dishes that will fill you up and put a smile on your face whether you�re 9 or 90.
�We�re certain that the beehives carvery is the best in town so put us to the test. We know you�ll agree.

�The pub also serves a 3rd meat option on a Sunday which is normally lamb or turkey�.

Unfortunately the your restaurant failed to meet any of these quotes, the lady that showed us to the table and sat us down and didn�t tell us what the meat options where on the carvery. The staff stood behind us at the till shout and laughing about the goings on while they had been out drinking the night before. When we were called up to the carvery it wasn�t until we got to the counter we found they where only offering 2 meats unfortunately as I don�t like turkey that only left gammon. I believe the vegetables and gravy let themyou down the Swede was runny, the roast potatoes hard and the gravy was like water. I am not sure if its because how early in the day it was but it certainly wasn�t the best carvery in Welwyn Garden City.

As the beehive had so many staff running around like headless chickens I honestly believed someone would of checked back on us and asked if everything was ok, This didn�t happen it wasn�t until I called the young girl over and asked if I could speak to the manager, The young female laughed and walked off. I was then told that the manager was unavailable and that we could have free desserts I was shocked that a manager or team leader could not come out to speak to me as we would have been able to sort the problem there and then. I turned down the desserts due to the poor quality of the carvery. A member of your staff then went and told the staff to stop talking about last night and as soon as she walked away 1 girl said to the other �do your boobs hurt when your on your period mine do� totally unacceptable and off putting.

Avoid the manager hides away and the staff would be better in the playground
