I was in this pub for the recent beer festival. Not bad. Not child friendly in the slightest. And as for the review that mentions the landlord's dog biting the child, that's outrageous. The police should have been called, never mind him apologising.

This place is AWFUL - don't go. The beer is very poor quality and too expensive.

The Shipwrights Arms, Faversham

Great location and very good beer. The food is really bog standard, and I wasn't that impressed with the landlord and his weird (not to be mistaken with 'quirky') signs, denouncing the current government. I'd rather not have the bloke that runs the place ram his politics down my throat when I'm having a pint.
