I have spent many an evening with my friends here. I always leave before 10 or so to go to the next activity but the food is okay and the service is alright as well.
It is one of the better pubs in the evening

I've eaten here a few times with friends. I thought it was an okay pub, and the bar staff was friendly.
The food is not worth a damn, but it seemed an okay place to have a quick bite.
The drinks where fine as well

You always feel like a stranger in this pub. Everytime I go in, I get stared at like I shot someone. It is decked out 70's, but it isn't so bad.

This is a good pub to spend all day in. It is completely relaxing and the staff are nice.

This pub is horrible. I've gone once during the day on a sunday where the wait for food was over an hour and after that, the carrots were cold and the gravy tasted like spit. I thought I would give it another shot in the evening. The pub manager came to say hello, but smelled horrible and was quite drunk. He did not make it a friendly place at all.
When I was at the bar, I ordered a drink with my two friends, when I was interupted by the manager yelling at the guy who was serving me to whipe up the bar. I couldn't believe this guy.
after FINALLY getting my drinks, I was promtly kicked out at 11:15, even though my watch and my friends watches said 11:10! it left me with a not so good taste in my mouth, and I suggest to NEVER GO HERE!

The Barmy Arms, Twickenham
Woops, I was talking about a Sunday lunch and THURSDAY evening! I probably sound like a liar now, oh well...
I just noticed something very peculiar, it looks like 'Beer Baron' seems to have only commented for this pub and The Yacht...and the landlord of The Barmy Arms used to run The Yacht and this pub...hmmm...funny�
It�s good to hear that the landlord was cheerful one night...he seems to be so miserable!
