The Kings Arms, Hanwell

Beer is terrible, interior smells and the service is as unfriendly as the clientale. I can't work out why they bothered rebuilding it in 1930.

Strange pub, staff and locals unfriendly. The beer is okay but the place needs to change it's attitude.

Red Lion, Ealing

Good pub, excellent beer with good service. Bar is small and the interior is crampped though.

The Forester, West Ealing

Strange place. Veers from excellent with good beer to really grim. Landlord is a miserable type and the pub always seesm cold.

The Viaduct, Hanwell

Usually good beer but they do have the odd "off" day. Service is a little forced; it would be nice if the bar maids actually smiled every now and then ! Food is excellent as is the wine selection.
