The Royal Oak, Penge

This pub is in a really bad area. Witch makes it hard to believe they have managed to keep it a really really good pub. I have never had a bad beer in there and I guess I never will. I would lay money on all the bad comments on here about this pub are by 1) ASS holes that have been kicked out 2) By other local pubs and landlords. If you would like to go to a pub with a friendly pub witch had a really down to earth landlord... THE ROYAL OAK (penge) PHIL- keep up the good work mate.

The Rose and Crown, Wallington Corner

My name is Sean, I have been a local in The rose and crown for about a year now. I can not believe what has been put on this web site. The rose and crown is a family pub with a great atmosphere. There is a lot of banter that goes on, but it is towards the guv-nor who is Spanish and ONLY meant as a bit of fun and he knows this. I have tattoos on my arms and I also have very sort hair, (in this day and age I would have thought people would understand NOT TO JUDGE A BOOK BY IT�S COVER. Don�t take my word for it, come to the pub and see for your self. THANK YOU.
