Ok anonymous, you're obviously not gifted with any sense or foresight into how bars are staffed.
If there's only one bar staff working, (by bar staff i refer to the person that serves you your drinks) if that person is in the kitchen making your nachos then who is manning the bar? And let me make this clear to you, this venue is a bar, the food is secondary. It's clear that this place is predominantly concerned with serving good beer, a great selection of spirits and the best selection of music in south london.
One more thing; the nachos must be really good for you to feel so much anger after not being able to obtain them 30 minutes AFTER the kitchen has closed.

The Palmerston, East Dulwich

This is without a doubt the best venue for unbelievable food in London, actually i'd go so far to say this is the best food i've ever experienced. I'm a student so it can appear to be a bit pricey but i'd rather starve myself for 29 days of the month if it meant i could dine here. Great wines and a lovely place to spend any evening.

The Gowlett Arms, Peckham

This pub is wicked! It's got great beer, ales, pizzas, staff, and the best olives in the world!
I'm not a big fan of kids in pubs, but i'm not a kid so i tend to deal with it in an adult way.
I've nursed many a hangover in here on weekend days.
You're always greeted with a friendly smile and they've got wireless internet!
What more does anyone want or need.
