Two years since my last visit and things seem to have gone down hill considerably. Cheap microwaved food along with the atmosphere reminded me of Wetherspoons!

I was going to sit down and try and write some sort of witty review for the recent abominable experience my wife and I had at this restaurant but my time will be better spent on more productive things, although I will say:
Cold flavourless food, rude staff and an offensive manager!

Stumbled across this one by accident and thought we'd pop in for a lunch-time snack. Very few people in there, but our jacket potatoes still took 30 minutes to arrive. Very young girl in charge who had a very 'I don't care' attitude. Jacket potatoes were promptly returned when found to be hard in the centre. Unlike ourselves, who will not promptly return.

Taken over by a new manager just before Christmas, first impressions are very good. Very welcoming and friendly (apart from children - which is a good thing). Only eaten there once which was very good but pop in regularly for a drink. All-in-all a very good local.

Toilets an ABSOLUTE disgrace - pub full of dysfunctional social misfits. Couldn't even stay to finish my drink!!

Okay, it's a Wetherspoon's pub... so I don't expect much. But this, is quite possibly the most disorganised drinking pit I have ever had the displeasure of visiting!!

The Richmond Arms, Charminster
WOW WOW WOW!
Total refurb, new managemant, fantastic food, quality beers and real ale, Charminster needed this and so did the locals. One week in and i've been there 3 times! Bring on the weekend.
