The Bridge Inn, Isleworth

This place is literally across the road from where I work, occasionally go in but not much any more.

the Thai food is nice, the beer isn't half bad.

shame about the old bar lady dying a few weeks back :(

The Good Yarn, Uxbridge

It's clean, vibrant and friendly.

Very cheap, nice selection of "different" ales and plenty of people creating a good atmosphere. Toilets are a bit annoying walking up a flight of stairs, but their kept clean every time I've been in there.

it's usually just a place where you would fill up on cheap booze before heading up the other end of the high street to Liquid night club or another pub, you can tell when it gets to about 11pm and it's a lot emptier then it was an hour ago.

Zanzi Bar, Uxbridge

Zanzi Bar :-

I'll start with the entrance fee which is �5, I'd rather walk down to the Good Yarn and buy 2 drinks for that price. the cost for a red bull & vodka is an utter joke, �5.20 are you serious? it's more disgusting than the toilets, wait sorry it isn't, no toilet roll and the floor is soaking wet; god help the poor soul who actually needs to excrete while there inside this poor excuse for a pub. The music is very loud, the settings made me feel like I was in an over sized house party with �9.99 disco lights wizzing around.

conclusion: never again.
