Went there the other Friday to see the live music from rock act "Firewater". Great standard of playing, lots of rock favourites.
The pub had Old Thumper on draught that night - very well kept and very reasonably priced.
Lovely location by the common - good atmosphere too. I definitely plan to go again.

Went to see a small live band in there last weekend. Nice atmosphere, great music - excellent musicianship and a very nice London Pride on tap.
A smallish but very nice pub.

The Coach and Horses, Isleworth
This is a nice little pub, which I found when going to see a friends band play a gig. There is a nice little beer garden, they serve Youngs Ale (including Winter Warmer at the time of writing) and its free entry on music nights.
Ive been on Saturdays to some of the rock music nights, and have seen some outstanding concerts there.
I understand that there are also jazz nights on Mondays.
Well worth a visit if youre in the area.

This pub is brilliant for live music evenings - these are free to get in apart from Xmas / New Year etc. I'm afraid there is no real ale on tap though.
Live music is normally on every Wednesday (general jam night - some very good players regularly turn up),
and on the first Friday of the month ("general" tribute acts playing covers by a selection of artists).
Highly recommended for any local live music fan.

The White Horse, Epsom
I've been here quiet a few times recently to attend the live music events. They have some great live bands on (free entry) and also some great beers.
They had Bombardier ale on recently (delicious - must have got through a gallon of the stuff - not all in one night though) and also some very good Youngs Ordinary (an excellent "session beer" at 3.7% alcohol).
The landlord and landlady are quite new but are very helpful and friendly. I plan to visit again soon.
