The Vinols Cross, West Hoathly
Visited last saturday. New landlord Tom very welcoming and had a lovely time there with my wife.Lovely country pub and nice selection of beers. Asked for food and Becky prepared us lovely snack at short notice.Will be back.

The Whyteleafe Tavern, Whyteleafe
have to agrre with last two posts.a great pub atmosphere every time i visit.bright ,friendly pub and tom always takes time to welcome punters.i have reported that vitriolic,slanderous post a while ago and cant understand how its still there.

visited this pub on boxing day and was made feel so welcome by a young barman(robbie)who told me the history of this small ,warm pub.ale was well priced and when asked for food was served the nicest sandwich -on the house!such service is very heartening and my wife and i had a very nice 2 hours there. tvs had different programs on so everyones taste was satisfied.will return when in area again.

visited on xmas eve and atmosphere was brilliant--so friendly--landlord getting everybody into party mood.will make a habit of going to this pub when im in the area as i always leave in good humour(even without alcohol on board!!)

The Whyteleafe Tavern, Whyteleafe
Great pub with great atmosphere,especially on Sat.nights.Was there recently and a 40th birthday was in full swing-lovely female singer and packed house.Lager was nice and cold and service was top class .Had Sunday roast next day and it was very nice and very reasonable.Landlord very friendly and mixed well with customers.Am looking forward to going again .

Visited last Tuesday and found the pub spotless and friendly.Nice food and beer and friendly staff.Highly recommend as this is my second visit to this pub and always enjoy. Train to London two mins away.
