The King's Head is a gem - a friendly, well-run, cosy, unpretentious oasis, yards from the vogueish artifice of Marylebone High Street. The beer (Greene King ) is well-kept. There are quiet, outdoor tables on Westmoreland Street.

A cosy, comfortable, homely, Victorian-era refuge. Lovely, red-bulb-lit intimate corners contrast with vistas of the BT Tower and a window on the comings-and-goings on New Cavendish Street. A rare (unique?) place to enjoy draught Bass in W1 (but only Mon-Fri). A varied clientele and friendly Irish and eastern European bar service.
