What a great pub. Unfortunately no pool but otherwise exactly what the area needs. Very impressed

The Sugar Loaf, Easton

Despite buying large rounds of alcoholic drinks and spending a lot of money in this pub, the bar staff refused to give us free tap water. They insist that they have no legal obligation and told us we had to buy bottled water from them.

The bar staff are also sloppy and don't know how to make drinks. No ice or lemon, they just let empties pile up on the bar. All very poor

Very dissapointed as the garden is nice and gets some sun, they have a duke box and pool tables but I refuse to give my money to a landlord like that. Even the staff don't have balls enough to stick to their principles.

They won't be taking any of my money until the landlord changes at which point I will make it my local.
