Nice little traditional style pub, with a very odd DJ Wheelie Bag, who plays music out of a shopping trolley!!! Staff can be hit and miss, but generally a pleasant atmosphere (if not too busy).

The Montagu Pyke, Charing Cross Road
Seems to me that people who hate Wetherspoons still seem to visit them with alarming regularity! This is a good sturdy pub that does exactly what it says on the tin. I've always found the staff friendly and fast, even at the weekends, and its a good place to start if you are having a night out as the prices won't cripple you (even if the hike to the toilets does).

The Crown And Two Chairmen, Soho
I really like this pub. Good range of beers, a quiz regularly upstairs and generally a more 'personal' feel about the place. Would like to be able to pop into here more regularly....
