A few of my friends have started meeting up here (3rd Thursday of the month). Staff are friendly.
The only annoying thing is the noise from the various Televisions (usually showing sport)!

The Horseshoe Inn, London Bridge
A place I go to meetup with other sci-fi fans (LOTNA group) and attend Farscape meetups here.
They have a nice room at the side which is often not too crowed or smokey.

Fitzroy Tavern, Fitzrovia
As many people have already said the pub is too crowded, so I recommand getting there early unless you don't mind standing for HOURS. I waited until the smoking ban was in force until I visted for only
my second time. Met up with some Doctor Who fans (1st Thursday of the month).
Will consider going back (but as I said, it gets busy really quickly).

P.S. More staff needed at pub...Not that landlords ever seem to take notice :( Only gave it a 6 score as it is so poorly staffed.
