New management from late 2006. No longer part of a chain. New landlord experienced restauranteur so food absolutely spot on. Great place for a lunch with friends.

Our favourite local pub. Great chips. Locally sourced food! You know which farm the beef, potatoes etc came from!
Can recommend this to anyone for a lunchtime treat.
