What can we say...... I went to go to my favourite local only to find it is closed!! Then you get talking to the other locals and you find out why...... Not alot you can say, a sign of the times and any pu that is linked to a PubCo could go the same way.
The Jenny Lind was one of the poorest pubs in town, then came along Tammy and Ant, a lovely married couple with ambition, great ideas, personality and fun. Within months it was the leading pub with good music, nice beers. Name me another pub that every week without fail cleaned the beer lines, every day it was clean inside and out. It all made a difference and made it a great place. They did a super job and will be remembered well by those who appreciated them as landlords and as a lovely family. We miss ya, sorry we did not have a farewell bash to show you just how much you meant to us all. Gone but never forgotten!! Keep in touch... B.
