The Sussex, Covent Garden

This pub was satisfactory to my liking and I found the beer was great but overpriced. Definitely not as good as the Two Brewers up the road from it. Lots of tourists though which was okay but there was nothing distincive about this pub and so thats why I wont be coming here again.

The Crown, Covent Garden

I absolutely hated this little pub. The food was dispicable especially as I never ordered hairs with my food. The pub down the road from it...The Two Brewers was much better and the staff were friendly and kind but The Crown is not a great pub to have a drink in. They had real ales and fruit machines and such but this pub is definitely in the wrong part of London by far.

The Two Brewers, Covent Garden

This pub really blew me away. I was impressed with the food served and the prices were just perfect. The staff spoke english well and dressed well and I found I enjoyed the atmosphere. It was traditional and cosy and also not too far from Leicester Square which was appropriate. However I have been here a few times and I was surprised once to see the manager being barked at by her boss....I assume it was her boss...but I don't see why. The pub was really well decorated and the displays were fantastic. I really did enjoy my time here and I will be coming here again and again.
