Closed a few weeks ago, boarded up now. Unsure what it's future will be, on the high street so won't be converted to flats, I doubt anyone will want to take it over as a pub though, no money in it.

The Paxton, Gipsy Hill

This pub definitely isn't closed, I haven't been in it, I don't frequent Gipsy hill but I know several people who work and have worked here within the past year.

The Royal Albert, Crystal Palace

There is a man whom I shall only describe as exceptionally light skinned, infamous in the crystal palace community for being a troublemaker and a racist, who is barred from every respectable drinking establishment in the area, even the local corner shops. Despite his reputation, he is employed by this pub. That should tell you what kind of place this is.

Westow House, Crystal Palace

Good place to have a drink, huge selection of craft beer. Food is somewhat overpriced, better to have a Sunday roast at the Alma or White Hart. Other food is quite good though. DJ on Saturday nights which is good if that's your kind of thing, absolutely packed on weekends. Live music on Friday nights which unfortunately is usually sub-par cover bands (the staff wear ear plugs on these nights for a reason). Management frequently drunk on duty.
