Recently opened bar down near Hallam Uni. Visited it briefly for a look around. Little or no frontage indicating location. Inside was like something out of a bad 70's fortune tellers house. Velvet curtains (shudder) and horrific concave mirrors lining the walls.
Decided it probably worked a lot better during the night and saved further judgement until I saw the cocktails on offer. Menu was disappointing. Having two versions of each cocktail (real version and cheaper alternative with lesser liquors) is an ill advised choice, and a poor way of beefing up the menu.
The "specials" board was laughable, with again 3 versions of the same cocktail the only thing on offer.
Will have to go and try food one day, but not ina ny rush.

Great choice of beers, and knowledgeable staff. Nice atmosphere.

Forum is a consistent disappointment. Great location and excellent decor should provide the ideal setting for some late night quiet drinkiing and the odd escapade on the dance floor, yet the poor choice of (expensive) drinks and tacky clientele let this place down so so much.

What an utter shit hole. This place deserves to be burnt to the ground. You can only expect shit clientele with such a shit approach to serving drinks.
Avoid like bubonic plague.

Bia Hoi is one of my favourites bars in Sheffield. Excellent choice of drinks, prepared well. Great food too. The decor is very relaxing and diverse to many other bars on west st.
Also worth noting that the cutest bar girl in Sheffield works there.

Nice bar, very nice deco, but the cocktail menu isnt great. Drinks a little too expensive for the quality. Not the friendliest of staff either.
Outdone by Bia Hoi for drinks and by Revoultion for ambience.

This place has a great atmosphere and a good selection of drinks, even if it lacks a cocktail menu.
Always a good place to take dates Ive found, especially on tuesdays for the live music.
All in all lovely place, lots of character.

Really love this bar, its one of the best in Sheffield. Got great variety of drinks, and staff are all friendly. Pretty cheap considering how flash it is.

Newly opened bar next door to Revolution. Tacky interior design and bad lighting. Bad choice of cocktails, badly made and over-priced. won't be going back, especially with the excellent Revoultion just next door.
