The Leather Bottle, Earlsfield
I agree that it's a shame the back bit got changed into a restaurant. I quite enjoyed seeing the shock (good shock!) on my friends' faces when I led them outside down the little pathway and BANG there was a huge garden!
Last time I went (about 2 weeks ago) I had the sharing platter with my friend which was very tasty (although not huge) and then a burger, which I can almost guarantee wasn't grilled, as promised, more deep fried, and unfortunately so unbelievably hard at one end that I had to leave it. It was just purely overcooked.
But my friend's beer was alright and my orange juice and lemonade very well received. The garden is this place's saving grace.

As it's my local I'm in there quite a lot.
Decent enough place, friendly and helpful staff and it has a good atmosphere when there's sport on. Nice range of lagers and a good wine list too.
The food went downhill for a bit a while ago but it seems to have picked itself up again now, and the roast is as good as it ever was - I think maybe there is a new chef or new management?

Never visited this pub before it got redone but now can say it's one of my favourites this side of Clapham. Staff are friendly (and all the barmaids are pretty tasty too), beer is good, weekend nights are busy but not too rammed, promo nights are very busy, food is tasty and the atmosphere is really friendly and welcoming. Pub quiz is great fun too with a mad quizmaster called Rob who drinks Guinness (good lad) and shouts very loudly.
Definitely recommend for an evening of decent drinks and chat.

The Swan, Stockwell
To be honest it's grotty, your feet stick to the floor and it smells a bit.
But at 3am when you desperately don't want to go to Mosquito it serves its purpose!
The dancefloor is always full and the music is your standard cheesy/pop type stuff, it's always good for a laugh basically.
