The bouncers did not let my mate in on a Saturday daytime because he wore trainers (new converse)... Perversely he let in a group of all guys in wearing trainers right before our eyes... strange!!!!

Decent enough - but did not serve food when I went there and it sure does get cold (especially in the back area)... Friendly staff but had to wait a while to get served as it was busy.. I would stay for a couple but probably no more...

The Bec Bar, Tooting Bec

Bec bar is a nice plesant place.. Good staff and a decent drinks selection means you really cant go wrong.. They show all the major sport and if you ask nicely they may change the chanel for you.. Well worth a visit

Avoid Avoid Avoid

I went here for the first time about two weeks ago. While it is nicely decorated, the staff are very very rude. I ordered 3 drinks - one of which was a Guiness. I paid while waiting for the Guiness to settle. A minute later he finished pouring the drink and as I was walking away with the drinks he said rudely "do you have a tab", I told him no and amazingly he said "drinks in here are not free"...

I told him I had paid and he gave the most disgusting look, one could imagine. He checked the till receipts and without apology, started to serve the next customer...

Plenty of other good places in the area - so I would check them out first...
