| A really lovely, locals pub before it got taken over by the chain group. I've been in plenty since then and the new pub seems to work and be accepted by the locals. | I was really impressed with this pub the first time I went there. The 3rd time I took my young son there and he was playing up so we decided to leave before drawing attention to ourselves. On our next visit before we had sat down the meat head landlord told us he had better behave. We decided to leave as his attitude was bad.
