| One bar freehouse. Outside they were promoting its real ales, but the selection was distinctly ordinary from the Wells and Youngs brewery. Youngs Ordinary was, well, a but ordinary. | My mate just introduced me to this pub and first impression was great. A really good traditional feel to it, great staff and excellent beer, albeit a small selection. | A pleasing 'green oasis' in the town centre! Splendid beer garden/back garden affair,Rabbits for the kids,Table Footie for the 'bigger' kids! Decent pint of Courage Best and Bombadier on pump.
