| Have eaten here many times as my dad likes it. The food is plastic and out of a packet. the menu is tired . The service is from YTS types and nothing special, The only thing is that it hasa decent wine list and its usually 2 meals for price of one. | We waited 45 mins for our meal. Wanted a lite bite but was told they were not available on Sundays. The staff admitted that there was nowhere on the menu that stated this but wouldn't let us have one. After waiting 45 mins the meal was very disappointing,thankfully we didn't pay full price as it was 2 for 1. | Beer is good with guest ales changing regularly and friendly staff. Again only a few members of staff can pour a good pint of guinness. Food resembles plastic, but you get what you pay for. Overall ok pub but lacking place to sit inside if your not eating. guinnesslover - 28 Jan 2007 19:08 |
