| I agree with the anonymous post that the facilities for the disabled were excellent - loo roll, paper and so forth - all present and correct. One could not have said that 10 years ago when the hostelry, under a different name, was frequented by blackguards and those who recycle copper cable. The staff seemed pleasant enough and the seating at the front was plush enough to render the more portly gentleman almost incapable of escaping it's embrace. The window seats concerned are sited with a view of the state-of-the-art Kingsbury square development and the spectacular new water feature and clock, which all burghers are agreed has been as good as a visit to Lourdes for the town. | Gorgeous surroundings and large range of spirits, however staff could not speak English very well and ordering food was difficult and two of the dishes we chose from the menu were off and we were not told this until after ordering and paying.
