| Well we enjoyed ten years of the Windmill hosting bar billiards and for a couple of years it had four teams! Then a bar manager from Wales took over and systematically made us feel unwelcome. It was always a pub though where it took ages to get served, the barmaids had their favourites and you stood there like a lemon waving your fiver as you couldn't get anywhere near the bar. Took my son and his girlfriend there once and once was enough as a fight spilled over from the pool bar. Well shot of the place. tommo5 - 5 Aug 2011 21:34 |

| The Windmill is a family local, with an excellent value menu between 12-8pm. Live entertainment & karaoke throughout each month, with sky, big screen, pool tables and the return of the windmill football team. It offers disabled & baby facilities and a very welcoming atmosphere. It also offers some excellent reduced pricing across top brands as John Smiths, Fosters, wines and spirits all day every day.
