Has the best beer selection in Long Eaton, usually 5 or 6 ales on. A locals pub with lots of regulars in the bar. Has a quiter lounge for those that prefer a more sober atmosphere. KTh - 1 Jun 2011 16:13 |

For a pub that's in the Good Beer Guide it was very disappointing. Very poor ale (staff didn't seem interested) and toddlers running amok! Will not bother again. MOGWIE - 19 May 2007 20:59 |
Although a bit dingey inside this is the best beer drinkers' pub in Long Eaton. They had Nottingham Brewery's EPA on draught when I went in. Even though I had the car I had to stay for a pint and a half as there was a terrible thunderstorm outside (honest) Cobbo - 16 Jun 2004 22:00 |
