| We found this by accident on Sunday. The Royal Hill serves excellent good value food, good portions too. The beer is excellent. Shropshire Gold from Salopian and XXX from Three Tuns, Bishop's Castle. Lovely snub bar and great friendly local people. Its a pretty place alongside the river. | This was a fabulous break from Christmas at home - campsite open - basic but clean (it was freezing fog most of time!)- pub really cosy and teh food was FABULOUS and also really good value. By the way Tontine is now open scrags53 - 4 Jan 2009 22:46 |
