| Good choice of St Austell beers - not as nice as Sharp's Doombar, but that is my personal opinion and others will undoubtedly prefer the St Austell. Limited choice on menu - the meal was alright without being exceptional. Appears to be very much the locals local and did get extremely noisy later in the evening. | Nice pub in the centre of town with a good bar and pool table outside the back. Beer and service was fine but we tended to have a quick coffee here in the morning before getting a ferry out for the day. Restaurant looked nice but we didn�t eat here. BiffoBeer - 24 Sep 2010 15:18 |
