| Went in for something to eat. Saw the sandwich advertising board outside when we drove past and what a lovely surprise it turned out to be. The price of our meals all together cost �2 more than the international burger joint, (and the kids are sitting at the table,with waitess service, using cutlery instead of their fingers). The Times Inn has Old World charm, is a lovely cosy, traditional pub with friendly staff, a nice layout. Great chef, brilliant waitress service and its absolutley spotless. You can see the chef working away in the kitchen. Nice big portions, keen prices. Brilliant experience and we go back every week now, it's that good! The kids look forward to it and the staff are so accommodating. The kids often have chicken nuggets, which are the real genuine chicken breast, not that formed "chicken breast" we so often get elsewhere, homemade chips too all cocked to perfection. | The Times Inn has been taken over by Gordon & Elaine, yes it's an old fashion type of pub but it is very clean and friendly and I can highly recommend the food there, they still have karaoke and bands on at weekends.
