| Lively pub in what looked like a really nice village. Unfortunately we only stumbled across this place after dark. Adnams Bitter, Adnams Old Ale and TT Landlord were served. The locals were singing away quite happily to Boy George classics in the bar. So we left them to it and enjoyed a pleasant drink in the dining area. Thaxted looks like it may be a nice place to village during daylight hours. So there's a good chance we'll find ourselves back in this pub one day. blue_scrumpy - 15 Feb 2010 11:00 |
