Good effort at an Irish bar (they usually make an absolute balls of it). Worth a visit if that's your kind of thing. Sebo - 20 May 2012 15:50 |

Cracking pint of Guinness(2.70).Just round the corner from Hillhead underground. Some decent Irish tunes in the background...Well laid out pub with a few booths down one side.Liked the painted Guinness barrels outside.Good atmosphere EdgarBriggsMI5 - 14 Jan 2007 09:18 |
Despite the fact that it's tucked down an alley it is the busiest pub in the west end which is no mean feat given the quality of some of the others ( curlers, tennents et al ) getting a drink is a task of herculean proportions but worth the wait. HaggisBasher - 23 Nov 2006 09:47 |
Have to agree with the other reviews - great pub but Saturday night was not the best time to be introduced to it. Managed to listen to most of the Best of the Pogues while I was waiting at the bar, but that was only cos of how busy it was, the bar staff were excellent, and far more polite than in any other pub I went into in Glasgow. I'd love to go back when it's quieter to really enjoy it angelus1981 - 24 Jul 2006 15:48 |
