| Went here on a Sunday evening to see a local rock band play.The pub is well laid out with a good selection of drinks & food,tea,coffee etc if required.I found the pub to be very clean and well kept,the bar area in particular.Ok so it's slighty more expensive than some places but this is Tunbridge Wells and not Dartford.The bar staff were friendly but not too keen to serve when it got quite busy-which for a nice well staffed pub I didnt understand.This would normally be a weekend pub-club type place- perhaps that has relevence with it being a sunday evening.So would I use it again?-yes but not with the younger teen crowds on a Friday night.Anyway,it is well run so give it as go! ivanski - 1 Sep 2008 19:49 |
