| When my band was booked to play here, I must admit that I was slightly concerned by some of the comments below (although all the negative ones are well out of date!) However, we were pleasantly surprised. The bar area is large and unobstructed, making it ideal for live music - there's plenty of room for the band to set up with a spacious dance floor in front for those who want to get up close and enjoy the music. For the less energetic, there's comfortable seating to the side and rear. Everyone gets a warm welcome from Kevin & Mandy and we are now looking forward to our next gig there. | Just visited the Surveyor Pub to check out the live music and I was very surprised to see how well its been organised again by Amanda and Kevin. The atmosphere and band were brilliant. The pub is fantastic and spacey. Such an improvement. I will definately be visiting again. I also hear they are fund raising for the Royal Marsden Cancer Hospital on Carnival Day.......
