| Entry in the GBG 2017 and now way I was going to miss getting my most northern tick. Grim looking from the outside but head in - its fine. All motor memorabilia, juke box and one real ale - an exceptionally good Scapa Special Pale Ale from Swanney Brewery. | Themed 'motor' pub (i.e. old Shell Oil signs on wall etc) a bit square and plain as a building (a bit like an old insdustrial unit or maybe even a garage). No ale on when we visited. | Warm place, small with plenty seating outside. I would suggest that it is nothing special though, would not go out my way to go there. If you are looking for an old traditional pub with plenty character, well this is definitely not the place for you. scotscott - 24 Sep 2010 10:18 |
