| The landlady deserves special mention. We ordered a couple of Hammerpot something or other which were a bit of a struggle but I don't think we're actually off. | I like this pub more and more. Good beer, and made to feel welcome despite only infrequent visits. On our most recent the beers were Harveys, Adnams Broadside, Brains SA and the excellent Arundel Gold. Add in the tasty bar snacks and you've got a great pub. | Super pub, actually the nearest one to Preston Park station. Lots of room inside and out (front and back). Lively staff and friendly customers. | I visited this pub before the brighton game yesterday. although v busy i found the locals hospitable, the bar staff cheery, friendly and efficient, and would definitely go back. And the beer was good too! canarly - 12 Sep 2010 10:47 |
