Very traditional interior and staff seem friendly enough Sadly it has been virtually empty on the two occasions I have visited recently and one of those visits was at 9 on a Saturday night Sadly a likely soon to be another lost pub thanks to Britain’s left wing politics wooser - 31 Mar 2022 18:29 |
malo66 I agree 100% This is a gem of a pub. The only place in Hounslow for a man to pop into and have a pint after a hard days graft. Family friendly despite all the bad reputations it had and politics it carried 7-10 years ago. Nice too see a Fullers pub surviving Hounslow. thefruitbat - 29 Mar 2015 23:35 |
I have to agree with guv2. It is difficult for the pubs in this area to keep trading because the majority of locals are Indian and it seems that they prefer to drink at home (when they are not teetotallers). Fuller's have actually closed several pubs in the area due to lack of customers. I think the landlord (or manager?) is actually doing very well to keep this pub open. malo66 - 16 Mar 2012 16:56 |
