| I shouldn't rely too much on those rumours. There's a notice on the front applying for permission to turn the Talbot and connected buildings into- yes you guessed it- flats. It's hard to get close enough to read this notice as the buildings are covered in scaffolding. The conversion has clearly begun so if you wanted to object you're too late.
