| Popped in few weeks back. They had 2 handpumps on both with Bombardier clips,but @ only �2.04 a pint I chanced one. Sadly it was like pure vinegar but the barman changed it straightaway with no fuss for a pint of �3.42 becks, ok fizz but fair swap. | Quite a nice place for a chain but the service is rubbish. We went last night and despite it being quiet no-one collected glasses or wiped tables in the hour we were there (there was a load of red bull on our table) and the barmaid made a massive fuss when my friend changed her mind about her drink, despite the fact she hadn't started making the drink yet. whatsoever - 18 Oct 2009 16:53 |
| Drinks are priced very OTT and I wouldn�t bother ordering a drink anytime near last orders because like many �chains� the staff do not give a sh*t as they are only being paid the minimum wage to work up to their allotted time and therefore do not want to work 14 second past that; hence starting to clear tables and stack chairs whilst punter are still drinking � not as bad The Unicorn in Alty though anonymous - 27 Feb 2007 15:10 |
