12.00 on a Saturday & soft plastic glasses. Behave. Short pints as well. Tribute only ale on which was OK, nothing more Wilson_MacDonald - 10 Sep 2017 18:24 |
A proper pub. A great place to meet friends, watch the footie and have a game of pool. I've been in here a few times and, if I lived closer, it would definitely be my local. The bar staff are always very friendly and the Thai food is divine (thanks to a new chef recently brought in - chicken and cashew nuts is highly recommended!). The standard of pool players table can be tasty so don't expect to stay too long on the table. Nice clientele: mix of locals, passers-byes and pre/post-Apollo crowd. This is how pubs are supposed to be! Carefreejim - 14 May 2013 17:18 |

A horrible place. The girl who says she is in charge seems more intent on starting arguments and physical fights than running what could be a lovely pub in an ideal location. Avoid at all costs. Much nicer pubs nearby. Chippa - 17 Jan 2013 12:59 |
