| Paid my first visit yesterday and could smell the wood smoke through the door although I'd arrived early and they weren't open. Once inside, we found ourselves a couple of comfy chairs and enjoyed our first pint with Bombardier being my chosen one while my friend had Peroni. The Bombardier was in good shape although I suspect the third was probably towards the end of the barrel as it was a tad flat. Bangers and mash was very good and overall I thought the pub had a nice keel about it and the staff were very pleasant. I'll be going back (bus stop just outside!) roobs52 - 16 Feb 2016 17:36 |
