Re the chavs comment, one of the positive things about this pub is that it attracts all sorts, and it is a very pleasant, respectable atmosphere for all. Just like a local should be. The best thing about this pub is undoubtedly the food...huge portions, good menu, piping hot, proper, wholesome food. That's not to say the beer isn't good, it is...if perhaps a little limited. However I'd rather eat there than at almost any restaurant in Rugby. Iain74 - 22 Dec 2011 21:30 |
An interesting local but seemed to be full of chavs!!! Had sunday lunch which was very good but the atmoshpere was bordering on Eastenders. Probably worth avoiding.!!!!!! mrblonde1234 - 1 Oct 2011 17:59 |

This has always been my local pub but never felt I could go in there until it was taken over by the current owners 5 years ago. Great pub, very friendly, warm and welcoming. The food is delicious, fresh, homemade and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Laura_19 - 2 Jun 2011 13:57 |
