| I can't comment on what it's like in the evenings but I regularly use it during the day at weekends and it's very good. Polite and friendly management and staff, good atmosphere, always clean, TV or music playing but not too intrusively, beer fine. They don't serve meals, but all the better for that in my opinion as it's quite small and not really geared up for family dining. Recommended as a good, friendly local watering-hole.
