| Black Country Ales have recently re-opened this pub and it was reasonably quiet on our visit. Well, at least it was until we arrived! It's fairly typical of their other pubs and judging by the previous review, it's probably received a bit of a lick of paint and a freshen up. The ale range was fairly typical of the chain - Black Country BFG, Fireside & Pig On The Wall, Baa Two Bridges, Beowulf Chase Pale, Twisted Oak Sheriff Farman, Kelham Island Kelham Best, Hophurst Debonair Stout, Milestone Lion's Pride & Coastal Cornish Cascade. The ciders were Thistly Cross Whisky Cask & Broadoak Sloe Gin.
