| Vastly improved of late. Nearly always 3 cask ales on. Bands on regularly if you like that sort of thing! Food, always good (especially Sunday dinners) is now even better. Bar meals/sandwiches excellent. They now have a tea room, to large extent supported by the letting rooms (unused before). The latter is becoming very popular with motorcyclists going to Caldwell. Fishing lakes and small caravan/camping site nearby add even more customers to a pub which is now thriving.
