| Back in summer the Ferry Inn was recommended to us and what a great recommendation it was. We were a dozen walkers and arrived about 2pm eager to sup the beer and eat the food. It was busy but the lady behind the bar kept a cool head and took all our orders even though we arrived in ones and twos. We sat on the deck overlooking the river which was an extremely pleasant setting to refresh ourselves with excellent food and beer. aev - 5 Nov 2012 18:18 |
