| What an excellent pub this is, great food reasonably priced, well kept ales, my 6X was the best I have tasted in the area. A friendly attentive staff all make for a pleasant evening. | A real gem. Called in there last night on the way home from the British Society of Dowsers conference. We were both wanting a clean pub with good food and a friendly welcome. We got all three in bucket loads! A Waddies pub with the usual and very well kept ales on. The food was excellent and the landlord very chatty without be over the top.
