Small pub that does only keg beers, Guinness, Fosters and Thwaites Smooth. One roomed pub that must rival the Circus Tavern as having the smallest bar in Europe. There's an Irish twist to the place as well with various pictures and memorabilia dedicated to The Emerald Isle. The defining quality that makes it truly Irish though is the Guiness, very nice and well kept, the Thwaites smooth was also quite nice as well. Wezzielad - 1 Dec 2016 13:30 |
My local pub should be willing to represent the community it serves, it should ensure that every pint it serves is top notch and it should be friendly to all who enter it's doors. If you believe in the above you will believe in The Albert. A local pub for local people, serving top beer in a welcoming environment. It is a small pub with a local atmosphere and a pleasure to visit. Wazza407 - 7 Jun 2010 02:15 |
