| WENT SUNDAY 25/08/13 FOR LUNCH, OREDERED AND PAID 30 MINS LATER STILL NO LUNCH, ASKED HOW LONG WE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT, WAS TOLD HAD NO FOOD ORDERS THEN THE GIRL WHO SERVED US DENIED SERVING ME ..ASKED FOR MONEY BACK AND WALKED...GOT VERY LITTLE IN WAY OF AN APOLOGY THEY ALL JUST STOOD LOOKING AT EACH OTHER,,,APPAULING PUB AND SERVICE MAY BE THE LAST PUB BEFORE THE M1 NOW I WOULD RATHER GET ON THE M1 AND FIND A BETTER PLACE TO EAT, MAYBE THE BAR STAFF SHOULD PAY MORE ATTENTION INSTEAD OF STOOD CHATTING TO EACH OTHER AND TXTING ON THERE MOBILE PHONES!!!!!! | I'm a little late posting this as we went on Father's Day, but here I am now because we've been there today. Dad could have the battered fish he likes so much which isn't on Sunday's menu, which is a plus. And after a lovely meal they helped us get dad down the ramp in his wheelchair. Kind customer service like this deserves recognition. Well done to all the staff at The Bay Horse and a BIG thank you!
